It’s definitely at that point in the year where we can start to realistically look forward to the warm weather ahead, slather on the SPF, and book a summer getaway vacation. In lieu of the warmer weather to come, we can’t help but think about the beauty products that come into play when the sun shines bright, and tank tops and jean cut-offs are always within sight. We asked some of the most fabulous fashion, beauty, personal style, and lifestyle bloggers around for their product go-tos for summer 2012; check out the slideshow above for their top picks.

Lauren Dimet Waters, Second City Style:
"Now that summer is almost here, I repurchased the Kiehl's Sun-Free Self-Tanning Formula for Summer 2012. Since it's a little "runny,” the lightweight, non-greasy lotion glides on easily, absorbs instantly and doesn’t streak! I am able to cover my entire body in seconds flat and dress immediately. Better still, a natural looking tan appears within an hour. Brilliant." (Kiehl's Sun-Free Self-Tanning Formula, $22, Nordstrom)

PJ Gach, BettyConfidential.com:
"Love me the Victoria's Secret Bombshell edp. Why is it my warm weather essential? It's a bright, sparkly fragrance that matches the blue skies and sunny weather--one sniff and I'm smiling all day (and night) long." (Victoria's Secret Bombshell eau de parfum, $49 for the 1.7 oz bottle, Victoria's Secret)

Christine Bibbo Herr, NYCPretty:
"I'd say my favorite beauty essential for summer (or winter) would have to be Mario Badescu rose facial spray. I spritz it on my face throughout the day to hydrate and refresh. In winter it helps relieve dry itchy skin and in summer it's refreshing and cool; I think I'm addicted at this point!" (Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater, $7 for the 4 oz bottle, MarioBadescu.com)

Christina Topacio, Profresh Style:

"My favorite summer beauty essential is mixing loose bronzer powder with my sunscreen. I'm not big on tanning anymore with a mole scare, so I'm all about looking bronze without the sun. Rubbing this all over my legs and arms gets me sexy brown- and we all like that." (MAC Cosmetics Iridescent Powder/Loose, $23, Maccosmetics.com)

Laura Ellner, On The Racks:
"My favorite warm weather beauty essential would have to be Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray; I love this product because you can apply to the ends of longer hair for a chic but messy, windblown look that's so perfect during the summertime. And it adds just the right amount of wave!" (Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray, $33.99, Amazon.com)

Terra McBride. Stylish White Female:

"My warm weather beauty essential is Clinique's Self Sun Body Tinted Lotion; it gives me the perfect glow without streaking or turning me orange. It's a must-have for anyone who wants a bit of bronze without the damage from tanning." (Clinique's Self Sun Body Tinted Lotion, $21, Clinique.com)

Jessie Artigue, Style & Pepper:

"Goody Spin Pins have come to my rescue on numerous occasions, but my fave trick is to use them to get loose beachy waves with little to no styling at all. After I shower at night, I use Spin Pins to put my damp, towel-dried hair in a neat bun on the top of my head and then I let it dry while I sleep. I take the pins out in the morning, tousle the curls a bit with a quick spritz of product, and voila!" (Goody Spin Pin, $6.29, Walgreens)

Jinna Yang, GREASE & GLAMOUR:
"I use this whenever I want a light, even look on my skin without feeling too heavy. The worst is when you're at the pool or beach and you have makeup washing off. This product is so easy because it moisturizes, protects, and leaves you with a healthy glow." (Philosophy - Hope In A Tinted Moisturizer Advanced Moisture and Sheer Color SPF 20, $39, BeautyBridge.com)

Aly Walansky, a little Alytude:

"I know I can't survive summer without my Avon Bug Guard Towelettes! What can I say? I'm sweet, bugs love me - but I've used this stuff in like the Caribbean and come home bite free! Plus, since they are towelettes, they are TSA approved!" (SKIN SO SOFT Bug Guard Plus Picaridin Towelettes, $6.99, Avon.com)
