It was all about the eyes with Beyonce last night. This matte kohl shadow had a "black swan" effect to it that we loved.

Gigi Hadid proved nude lips are red carpet worthy with her mixture of Maybelline New York Color Sensational The Creamy Mattes Lipcolor in Nude Nuance ($8, ulta.com) and Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lipcolor in Born With It ($7, ulta.com). Although Hadid played it safe with makeup, she went all out with her nails, opting for a custom metallic manicure from KISS nails.

Makeup superstar Charlotte Tilbury created a stunning beauty look for Blake Lively, which centered around a striking red lip.

The focus of Olivia Wilde's chrome-inspired look was definitely the eyes. Makeup artist Mélanie Inglessis for Revlon started with the REVLON Illuminance Crème Shadows in Precious Metals ($8, ulta.com) palette, first using the metallic silver in the middle of the lid. Next she mixed the silver shade with the black hue from the REVLON Illuminance Crème Shadows in Black Magic ($8, ulta.com) to create a darker silver. She used this mixture in the crease of Wilde's eye for dimension. Lastly she used the the black shade alone on the outer corners to create depth to the eye!

Kylie Jenner was a vision of elegance with a blunt, natural bob and a soft, bronzy makeup look. Makeup artist Ariel Tejada for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty created this golden glow—namely on her cheeks—with the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow in Light-Medium ($68, charlottetilbury.com) and  Cheek to Chic Blusher in Love is the Drug ($40, charlottetilbury.com).

“To complement Miranda [Kerr]’s structured and dramatic Louis Vuitton two piece set, I went for a classic, yet bold look with a defined brow and deep red lip," says makeup artist Lisa Storey. To get this look, Storey applied Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Natural Eye Brow Pencil in Brownette ($22, elizabetharden.com) to Kerr's brows and Elizabeth Arden Precision Glide Lip Liner in Naturel ($22, elizabetharden.com) followed by Beautiful Color Moisturizing Lip Color in Scarlet ($25, beauty.com). Lastly to get the texture required to get that cool tiny braid, hairstylist Akki Shirakawa used ghd Total Volume Foam ($28, ghd.com) from root to tip.

Naomi Campbell retained her glamazon status with bold bangs, chiseled cheek bones, and lashes for days.

Makeup artist Jillian Dempsey called this foil eyeshadow look on Kristen Stewart "supermodel cyber punk"—and we couldn't agree more. Her edgy half updo only complemented the techie vibe. Hairstylist Adir Abergel for Pai-Shau reached maximum height with Stewart's hair with Pai-Shau Royal Abundance Mousse, which he applied root to mid-length and blow dried away from the face for added oomph!

Emma Roberts stunned with a doubled-braided updo and violet-lined lids.

Ciara went all out with a futuristic finger wave. MIZANI Global Artistic Director Cesar Ramirez created this look by prepping the hair with Mizani True Textures Style Refresher Milk ($16, mizani.com) then drying and pinning the hair in place. Finally he finished with Mizani HRM Spray ($17, ulta.com) to dry finger wave.

Celeb makeup artist, Patti Dubroff, wanted an '80s vibe for Dakota Johnson's look. To accomplish that and still look modern, she focused on the eye. She used several products, including  Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eyeliner in Black Ebony ($25, sephora.com) on the upper lash line and lower corner, as well as Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Peacock ($29, sephora.com) on the inner rim and "slightly over the black liner to give Dakota’s eyes a pop of bold green color," Dubroff says.

We hardly recongized Emma Stone with this asymmetrical chocolate bob, which she paired with metallic liner. To get that soft bend in the hair, hairstylist Mara Roszak used 1 1/4-inch ghd Soft Curl Iron ($199, ulta.com) after blow drying and pinning in place.

We can't get over that high-shine ox blood lip from Hailee Steinfeld. Now that's how you do a bold lip!

Katy Perry looked entirely out of this world with a dramatic beehive, bleached brows, and her own Katy Kat Collection with COVERGIRL on her lashes and lips. Nothing says red carpet elegance quite like a beauty look that focuses on hair, eyes, and lips. Kate Bosworth accomplished this beautifully with a delicate updo (complete with a jeweled headpiece), a soft tangerine eyeshadow, and a burnt red lip.

It's hard to pick a favorite part of Kendall Jenner's illuminated red carpet look. But we're coveting those cheeks. To get the look, try Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Blush in Blushing Nude ($34, esteelauder.com) as well as the Limited Edition Bronze Goddess Summer Glow Multi-Palette ($50, esteelauder.com).

Karlie Kloss donned a smooth and shiny chignon, a perfectly contoured cheek, and a look-at-me red lip for her red carpet strut.

Jourdan Dunn's look was all about the smokey eye. She wore a cocktail of eye products to get this look including Maybelline New York Eye Studio 24HR Color Tattoo Cream Gel Shadow in Audacious Asphalt ($7, ulta.com) all over the lids and Maybelline New York Eye Studio 24HR Color Tattoo Cream Gel Shadow in Silver Strike ($7, ulta.com) on the inner corner of the eye.

Although they couldn't have been more opposite, Lady Gaga and Kate Hudson both stunned on the red carpet—Gaga with her '80s big hair and crimson lip and Hudson with her natural waves and dewy cheek. To get Hudson's soft waves, use ghd Air Hairdryer ($180, ghdhair.com) to capture that natural flow.

To get the look, Quintero applied Alterna Caviar 10-in-1 Complete Correction Hair Cream ($25, sephora.com) to the lengthy extensions and blew dried them straight. Next he sectioned off hair and flat ironed them with the Sultra Seductress ($210, sultra.com) and applied Alterna Bamboo Smooth Kendi Dry Oil Mist ($25, ulta.com) to finish.

Brie Larson's wet-strands paired perfectly with her Gothic-inspired lip—high-drama all the way! To get the purposefully-wet look, hairstylist Mara Roszak applied L'Oreal Paris Advanced Hairstyle LOCK IT Extreme Style Gel ($4, walmart.com) with a wide-tooth comb. Curious how to get that lit-from-within look Alexa Chung displayed last night? Turns out her secret is good skin care. Makeup artist, Charlotte Day, applied SK-II R.N.A Power Radical New Age Cream ($230, sephora.com)before foundation and makeup to get that luminous look. She then paired her glowing skin with Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain in Peach Tart ($14, sephora.com) for a pretty pucker.

No extreme hair or makeup look needed here. Bella Hadid kept it natural and beautiful with contoured cheeks and a fleshy lip.

Poppy Delevingne encompassed the look of the evening with a sleek platinum 'do and a heavy, dark lip. To get a chic center part a la Delevingne, follow suit of hairstylist Lauren Polko and apply scunci Hair Shimmer in Gold and Silver ($10, ulta.com) to accentuate the look.
