Did Jessica Alba think she was at the Oscars? She is certainly resembling one. She channeled a grecian goddess with her Michael Kors gown and hollywood glam with those retro waves. To get those curls, stylist Renato Campora used Fekkai Coiff Bouffant Lifting & Texturizing Spray Gel ($25, nordstrom.com) throughout.

Is it us or does Diane Kruger's Prada dress need a trim? Or a shave? Aside from that, it would have been gorgeous.

Emma Stone is just so cute. We love when she goes with knee length dresses like this Lanvin on the red carpet. And we love that she paired her red dress with a cherry lip. Makeup artist Rachel Goodwin went with Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Cherry Tart ($7.49, revlon.com).

Julianne Hough would have looked absolutely perfect in this Carolina Herrera dress if she were going to prom in the 80s. Next time, she should ask her beau Ryan Seacrest for some styling tips. He never gets it wrong.

Kristen Wiig went retro with this orange Stella McCartney gown that we loved. Sometimes less really is more.

With that hair, those claw-like nails and the scales on her Tom Ford gown, Rihanna resembled a crocodile.

Similar to Alba, Amy Adams also went with a grecian styled gown by Giambattista Valli and paired with old hollywood waves. Her makeup artist Stephen Sollitto filled in Adams' lips with Tarte's glamazon pure performance lipstick in wild ($24, sephora.com) to give them that pop.

Can someone please help Shailene Woodley? She is so cute and yet, always makes awful fashion choices like this gown by Christopher Kane.

Claire Danes' J. Mendel gown was simple and sweet, but what we're really loving is that retro 'do. We love big hair as long as it doesn't channel Snooki's infamous poof. Danes got it just right.

We give Beyonce props for this sheer Givenchy Haute Couture gown that was clearly a fashion risk. Not many women would show that much skin after giving birth less than four months ago. But for an upscale event like the Met Ball, it may have been a little too much.

That color, that silhouette. There is nothing we didn't love about this Carolina Herrera dress. To get a flawless complexion like Agron, prep skin with a moisturizer like Chanel's Sublimage La Creme texture supreme moisturizer ($325, chanel.com) and even out with a foundation and powder. Agron's makeup artist Georgie Eisdell used Chanel's vitalumiere aqua foundation ($45, chanel.com) and translucent powder ($59, chanel.com).

Fashion risks were all over the red carpet last night but Chloe Sevigny's mirrored Miu Miu dress was one of the worst. About the only nice thing we can say about this look is that at least she went simple with the hair and makeup.

Lea Michele definitely pulled an Angelina by popping her leg out in a sexy pose on the red carpet. We love the pairing of her low cut gown with a nude lip. Makeup artist Melanie Inglessis used Shiseido Perfect Rouge Lipstick in Spice Cream ($25, nordstrom.com).

Elizabeth Banks, you made a mistake. That must be one of your costumes for Hunger Games' Effie Trinket. We hope only she would choose to leave the house with this multi-patterned Mary Katrantzou ensemble.

Blair Waldorf may get her wardrobe inspiration from Audrey Hepburn, but Leighton Meester was definitely channeling Disney's Belle. Her dark lip was a perfect touch of edge to her gold Marchesa princessy gown.

This would have been a cute ensemble if the skirt was shorter and if it were a different color AND if this were the 40s. However, that is a lot of ifs.

The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev looked stunning in a Donna Karan Atelier gown. And the actress never disappoints with her intricate updos and natural makeup.

Mary Kate, why? Just, why? We love The Row but this dress resembles a potato sack. And the hair and makeup - well you look like an aged witch.

Downtown Abbey's Michelle Dockery went simple with this gown by Ralph Lauren. However, its metal corset was a surprisingly sultry accent. We're definitely keeping her on our radar.

We've seen the sexy librarian look attempted before but Alexa Chung's Marc Jacobs version is unlike any other. In a bad way, that is.
