Coachella, one of the most anticipated music festivals on the concert block, is almost here and this year they’re offering up two weekends full of camping, live tunes and queuing in long lines for the bathroom.
Fun times, am I right?
While you get ready this week by deciding what to pack and figuring out the best outfits that will guarantee you get snapped up by street style photogs like Facehunter, don’t forget to also put a game plan together of acts you want to see (and who you should see) live, just in case you get totally distracted (read as “annihilated”) 30 minutes upon arriving at the festival.
Since you might be too busy to even figure out what cool up-and-coming acts you should make a mental note of for when you’re out there in California, why not check out our list of 9 acts that you need to remember to rush the stage for come this weekend, or next? Even though there are a few obvi choices that we predict just about everyone will be cheering for, like headliners The Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, plus supporting acts Florence + the Machine, Calvin Harris and Miike Snow, these 9 acts on our list are bands and musicians that may or may not be on your radar, but are def worth seeing live in all their dance-sweat-covered glory.

Really looking forward to Girls and Real Estate!
I love so many of these! Girls is great live. Wish I was going!
