These suckers either don’t really heat up at all, or they heat up a bit too much, so you end up looking like an unsuccessful pyromaniac. A regular eyelash curler works just fine, girls.

A woman in the Midwest purchased an at-home lip injection kit for $10, and followed easy instructions to fulfill your Angelina Jolie-esque life goals. I actually own two of those products.. the Ped Egg and Wet to Dry Straightener. Now, I don’t use the straightener that often, my hair dries really fast (on it’s own), and I haven’t had any problems with it or my hair. I also wouldn’t use it if my hair was still really wet– damp at the most.

And the Ped egg works miracles! So what if it has a grater for one part? It gets the job done and is easy to control. Pumice stones did nothing for me and the Ped egg doesn’t hurt. Boo ya.

Ped Egg rox! Here’s a cheap, good alternative to heated eyelash curlers: Run your blow dryer over a regular lash curler for a few seconds. Touch the curler with your fingers to feel the heat. If the metal is too hot, wait a few seconds, then feel again. When the curler is warm but not too hot, apply it to your lashes. No burns, but great curl!
I agree; I have the Dr. scholl’s version of the ped egg. It doesn’t hurt (it’s not sharp like a microplaner) and it doesn’t get clogged like a pumice stone does. The other things do sound scary though (especially the DIY cosmetic surgery!!!)
