Perhaps he should take a hint from Blake Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds, who took a more refined route, and splurged on this beautiful 12-carat, $2 million Lorraine Schwartz ring.

The birthday girl is an ambassador for the Dream Foundation, which grants wishes to terminally ill adults, so a donation to this organization seems fitting.

When you’re dating a woman as privileged and wealthy (read: high maintenance) as Kim, finding a suitable present can be a daunting task. Kanye already surprises Kim with elaborate gifts whenever he feels like it, so there’s really no telling what he has in store for her birthday, but we have a feeling he won’t disappoint.

    Ummm… Who gives a crap?;) seriously. How about you give her the gift of helping her cope w the self narcassissm she is overwhelmed with each time she enjoys a pointless publication featuring her by bringing up relivant topics dealing w real world issues. Maybe if she saw a publication on world hunger she would have fed millions w the $ she spent on her BF’s car instead. Highly unlikely but just a thought.
